Refining the MailFilter

Retrieve, configure, and classify messages in your Quarantine Inbox.
Once you log into the quaratine inbox you will see quaratined email from the current day. This page shows you all of the messages delivered to your Quarantine Inbox instead of your regular email Inbox.

If you are having an issue viewing ALL of your quarantined email, verify that the pull down "days" is set to "All Days".

Options for retrieving and configuring Quarantined messages:

To deliver a good message to your email Mailbox, highlight the email and click on the  Release link

To whitelist (approve) senders so future messages from them automatically are deliver to your email mailbox, click on the green  Always Allow for User  link.

To delete an unwanted message, click on the red Delete link.

To perform the same action on multiple messages, click on the checkbox next to each message and then click on the appropriate button at the top (ReleaseAlways Allow for User , or Delete).
