Client Problem
Cimarron International needed to communicate with clients and markets around the world. In addition, they regularly sent and received large e-mail attachments among staff and clients. A dial-up connection was out of the question and the limited availability and lead-time of other high-speed connections was a problem. Generally, when anyone sends the principal of the company a letter, it's usually a complaint-especially when it comes to ISP services. I'm happy to break that tradition and compliment you and the entire VailNet team for your continued outstanding service.

Since installing the radio bridge high-speed Internet connection this summer, my productivity and support of my clients has increased significantly. With so many of my clients and staff now on high speed connections, the radio bridge solution allows me to "keep up with them" by sending/receiving large e-mail attachments with ease without having to worry about 15 to 60 minute uploads and downloads.
