Sometimes the connection worked, sometimes I could receive messages but not send them, at still other times I could neither receive nor send messages. My access to the Web was sporadic as well.

I want to let you know that Dean gave me outstanding, expert support in tracking down the problem, checking out my laptop, and answering all of my questions. Additionally, he cleaned up some of the quirks that had developed on my computer. As a result, my computer now works faster.

Even though Dean was quite busy with other things, he took the time to help me. I felt he was really interested in making me feel like a valued customer of Colorado.net, which really helped in lessening the frustration I felt with my computer. I told him, I would never switch to another Internet provider as long as I got such great help from Colorado.net.

Let me add that this is not the first time that I've had such positive experiences with your company. On a few occasions during the past couple of years when my computer acted up, Taylor gave me the same friendly expert support.

BTW, the DSL connection you sold me last fall works extremely well.
