Terms & Conditions:

Please print a copy of this Terms & Conditions form, fill it out, and sign and return it via fax to VailNet at 970-949-3380. In order to process your account we must have a copy of this form.

The one-time non-refundable setup fee of $15.00 covers the licensing costs of VailNet/ColoradoNet software and labor costs associated with entering customer accounts into our computer databases. This is a non-refundable fee.

The basic annual and business accounts are non-refundable with a one-year minimum term. After your account with VailNet/ColoradoNet has activated, any changes to an e-mail address or account name will cost $5.00. You may change your password at any time for no additional cost.

If you experience any difficulty installing the software or gaining a connection to VailNet/ColoradoNet, please advise our office immediately to avoid charges to your account. Billing for all new accounts begins the business day after you initiate service. When notified of problems, we will suspend your account or change your startup date to the date you successfully gain a connection. VailNet/ColoradoNet will not issue any credit unless notified of a problem within one month of your original signup date.

In the event VailNet/ColoradoNet cannot process your credit card, our billing department will inform you by e-mail. You will have five business days to contact our office with a new credit card number or other form of payment for the given billing month. No response will result in immediate suspension of your account, until payment is received.

In the unfortunate event your credit card becomes lost/stolen or the number changes, please advise our billing department immediately.

All monthly billing must be paid via credit card. VailNet/ColoradoNet will not issue credit for any hours unused in any given month. All basic account holders will receive 160 hours of connect time per month. Any unused hours do not accrue.

In order to cancel your account with VailNet/ColoradoNet and to terminate your billing, all cancellations must be completed in writing. If we do not have a written cancellation, we will not refund any months unused. If you need to suspend your account with VailNet/ColoradoNet, please contact the billing department immediately.

VailNet/ColoradoNet does not make house calls, but we gladly accept computers brought by on a walk-in basis. VailNet/ColoradoNet will perform a free diagnostic check, but only after you complete a release form.
